  Im giving one stars for reasons that most people wont run into while being here. I received a loan through Northern Skies to be able to purchase my 2008 Tribeca. Before finalizing my loan my loan advisor offered my a few programs to add. One of them being Assure Guard. She showed me what it would cover and what is not covered under their policy and it looked great, so I thought of course! That was about a year ago. Now, this last month I brought my car in for repair where they informed me that my CV axles needed to be replaced (this is one of the things shown to be covered). When the repair shop called to file the claim the company denied it because their was a slight tear in my cv boot which voids any warranty on the axle. If I would have known what kind of extended warranty company this was I would have never purchased assure guard. I was never shown these conditions that the company states they have and I blame that on Northern Skies for false advertising. This warranty added over $1,000 on my loan, and won't even be covered what it said it would. Northern Skies, I appreciated you a lot more before I realized you were okay with selling people crappy extended warranties just to make money. Go read for yourself how terrible the reviews are for Interstate National Company that offers assure guard.. All of them are negative with most cases having the same issue I'm having.
